Man, what can I say. Hands down this is the BEST way to buy and sell a home. If it wasn't for these guys, I would have lost thousands of dollars on my home. Buying and selling is expensive. I had to sell my home after just six months of living in it due to unforeseen circumstances. You'd probably expect that I lost money on the sale for being such a quick turnaround, but that was not the case. Had I used a traditional realtor and paid them the 20-30k in commission, then yes, I would have been out of luck. Thankfully guys like this exist and provide the most competitive pricing model around. If it wasn't for them, I'd either be stuck in that home for who knows how long, or I would have eaten tens of thousands in additional fees. They instantly set you up in a group chat and you have a direct line of contact with them for any concerns. They were relatively responsive and helpful throughout the process. There honestly were not many hiccups, if any. That's also considering that I sold my home from Hawaii, so they are willing and able to manage the time-zone differences and work through getting a sale done on time. From my initial contact to the home being closed was around 6 weeks or so. Absolutely insane. From a fleeting thought of "I think I'll try and list my home and see if I can sell it", to actually closing shortly after.... Absolutely insane. Thanks to Rob and Rob Sr. for your assistance and your amazing service. I'll absolutely use you in the future. (I've already told all of my friends about you guys)
